Coconut from Buton, processed and shipped by us.
Coconut Buton International works with coconut farmers around Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi — one of Indonesia's coconut-growing regions. We buy the coconut, process it ourselves in Baubau, and pack it for the buyer. No layers of middlemen between the farm and the container.
We serve two markets at once: buyers across Indonesia who need a steady local supply, and international buyers who need containers, written specifications and complete export documents.

Coconut Husked
Whole coconut with the husk removed, semi-husked or fully husked to your preference. Selected for size and shell integrity, packed for long-haul transport.

Coconut Fibre
Coir fibre extracted from the husk, cleaned and baled. Available as bristle fibre or mattress fibre, with the bale size set to your container plan.

Coconut Charcoal
Made from selected coconut shells, carbonised at a controlled temperature. Low ash, long burning time, no chemical additives. Available as raw shell charcoal or as pressed briquettes in the shape and size you need.

How we work
From the plantation to your container

Harvest & collection
Coconuts are collected from farmer groups around Buton Regency and weighed at our collection points.

Drying & carbonisation
The meat is dried into copra; the shells are carbonised into charcoal at a controlled temperature.

Processing & quality check
Charcoal is activated or pressed, copra is pressed into oil. Every batch is checked before it leaves.

Packing & shipping
Packed to your specification, then delivered domestically or stuffed into containers for export.
